You Are Beautiful! is a DY! Coaching Experience designed to give you tools that will allow you to increase your self-love and self-esteem. It is a 4 week intensive

Do the Course work + Practices

Each training set comes with course work to help you learn the principles and concepts that you are being taught. You will receive an assignment each week to work on and you share with those in the course the results you have gotten and what you have learned. This is a way to reinforce what you are learning.

Checkin with your community weekly

We help you establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind and heart.
