We are uniquely designed to relate to the world in different ways. This also means that we relate to one another differently. We see relationships differently and want something different out them. There is a general desire for companionship and closeness but this is even defined differently by people. These differences are coming from your unique make up. That make up being your motivational design. One of the big aspects of your make up is your preferences. Your nature gives you a distinct way that you want to live. It is connected to what you are able to do and how you need to live to be able to consistently fulfill that purpose. Finding others that are compatible with how we want to live and the purposes that drive and inform our decisions are critical to living in harmony. Building relationships with people that we wouldn’t normally connect with can be easier when you understand more about ourselves.
Harmony
Getting along with others starts with understand them and then being able to relate to them. It isn’t as much as being like others or even liking who they are as it is about honoring their difference.
Romance
We are all attracted by different things and different people. We all experience love in different ways and define it differently. Big part of how we define love has to do with our natural preferences and desires.
Connection
Connecting with others is so important for us. Sometimes connecting with others can be difficult. Understanding how we connect with others can be a great start point to strength our ability to connect.
Commitments
Building long term relationships take commitment. Each person has different ways they commit and they commit for different reasons. We even are more committed to different things.
Friendships
Knowing your design and the design of your friends will enrich your relationships. It deepen those friendships by helping you know exactly where you need support and encourage and vice visa.
Moments
Creating special moments in our relationship is about cherishing those that we are in relationship with. Understanding what is special is a key ingredient in making the moment special.

The Other Designs
Learning about the people around us can be so fulfilling. Finally understanding why certain people do certain things can help us not only relate to them but give us a peace of mind. It can also explain a lot about why they do what they do. The Others Designs was designed to help you get a better understanding of those you are in relationship with and those you may interact with on a day to day basis. This course will help you tune in to those around in a deeper way.
PHASE 1
Discover
Discover your difference. With the Identifier you will become aware of each others unique approach to doing life and building relationships. You will understand each person’s unique perspective and way of engaging others.
Duration: the time it takes to take the Identifier and read your report.
In the Designs Doing Life Program one of our coaches will go over the report with and answer any questions that you.
PHASE 2
optimize
Each person’s unique design is filled with skills, abilities and capacities. Learn how to function more effectively through your design. Applying them to your work will help you optimize them. You will grow in both your awareness of their presence in your life and your ability to use them effectively.
Duration: This phase is divided into two sections. The first is a group guided coaching session (one on one is available as well). You will go through your Personal Discovery Kit and how to use it. You will also go over the principles and dynamics of the Intrinsic Motivational Design Paradigm. Secondly you will go through a 30 day journal of getting to know your design. You can join our online community of people that have went through this journey and that are going through the journey.
PHASE 3
Integrate
Find ways to integrate your insights and position yourself and relationship for success. Learn to better acclimate yourself to your relationships as we tune into the emotional dynamics that are going on.
Duration: This phase is a set of four coaching session geared to help integrate your insights and new skills into your everyday activities.

It combines the compatibility tool with the people type tool to give you a 3D perspective. So whether you are building a team or strengthen your marriage you will find the insights to be invaluable.

Take advantage of your compatibility and develop the strategies for being able to flow together through your new found understanding… develop your strengths both as an individual and as a couple. Understand what your superpower is and how to supercharge it and put it into play. Also learn your pitfalls and weakness .
Dream mapping +
Chart the course to your new life!
Dream Mapping will help you create realistic goals around your vision and challenge you to accomplish them. Additionally, you will receive a strategic plan for the endeavor you are undertaking.
